Can just recommend for a short stay

Clean, spacious room, excellent location 10 minutes from the train station for easy city exploration, and enjoyed the quality breakfast with a wide variety of options.

Everything was good.

The location is marvellous, just a pleasant stroll away from a main shopping street. The breakfast is varied and extensive with beans, super quality and glutenfree options, lots to choose from.

Delectable breakfast with beans and vegetables bread and glutenfree options, it had so much choice.

Enormous and superb breakfasts, and pleasant staff.

exceptionally comfortable beds and central heating, an individual safe and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels. great bedroom and luxurious bathroom. excellent services, very good wi-fi.

We truly enjoyed the breakfast with mushrooms and also champaign and found it to be delectable. The check in was efficient and the atmosphere was family throughout the hotel. The location was marvellous for walking around Kultur- & Kongresszentrum Liederhalle Cultural Center.

The reservation desk had upgraded 2 of my 3 double rooms to very spacious Suit room with 2 double rooms and large living& dining room At No Extra Cost to me. The hotel done so simply because they had committed to my requirement of connecting rooms at booking time , and since this requirement was not available at checking time , they had kept their word and honored their commitment with me. They truely showed high level of responsibility and commitment to the visiting guests at peak session ( others will not ). Also, upon my sudden request of Wheelchair at checking time, the Hotel administrator arranged one wheelchair from near by local Hospital( being not available normally at the hotel) , and the same was at No cost to me as well. This is truly customer Satisfaction at it's best. I really liked the hotel a lot and will strongly recommend it to others with out a doubts .

Air-conditioning system of my bedroom was hotter than other rooms . Because of the same , the hotel provided me with portable Fan.

Room's clear. It's a 10-minute walk to the centre. Breakfast is good.

Expensive parking.

Beds were really good. Bartenders in piano bar were friendly. hotel stuff were best :D.

No martini in mini bar :(. Long corridor to the elevator. slow internet speed although i bought highest speed. breakfast was expensive according to that.

Consider asking about local events as the area near the hotel often has vibrant activities, especially in the evenings.

Location, privacy of hotel rooms section, location to main city , bus and trains close by.

Piano Bar, friendly and efficient staff.
